Netlify Identity registration is invite-only. Contributor test account cannot open review or Captain’s Log. Stakeholder test account cannot submit or review Field Notes. Stakeholder sees only explicitly selected verified records. Anonymous visitor cannot access private API records. Private records persist after a clean redeploy. No credentials, API keys, or private research JSON are committed to the public portal.
