Pierpoint Group LLC runs the Institute’s Join and Community Pulse forms.
What you share and how it is used
The Join form collects your name, email address, participation interests and any optional message for Institute communications and participation opportunities. Community Pulse collects your selected answers and any optional intersection details or comments for community research.
These forms are processed through Netlify Forms. Please do not include private, sensitive or emergency information, or personal information about other people. Community Pulse is voluntary and is not an emergency reporting service.
